In various parts of America, white Americans are heavily discriminated against by state and local governments.
California, a solid blue, one-party state, is one of the principal locations of this madness.
Alameda County, California has launched several programs that privileged non-white companies when it comes to competing for government contracts.
This discriminatory practice prompted Californians for Equal Rights Foundation, a non-profit that promotes anti-discrimination, and two California taxpayers to file a lawsuit against the county.
Pacific Legal Foundation, the nonprofit that is representing the two Californians pro bono, filed a lawsuit of its own in state court on July 25, 2022 making the case that these anti-white programs are unconstitutional.
These programs mandate that a minimum of 15% of the money the county pays for specific contracts, which are colloquially labeled as “set-asides”, be allocated towards “minority business enterprises.” Basically, these set-asides would be doled out to people based on their race.
If this isn’t racism, then the definition of the word “racism” changed in our sleep. Any type of policy that a government pursues which is predicated on someone’s race is racist in nature. Full-stop.
Many people don’t want to admit that anti-white racism pervades American society, both in the public and private sector. It’s part of the ruling class agenda to divide and rule and ultimately wipe out American identity.
Let’s hope that Californians for Equal Rights Foundation and the other participants in this lawsuit come out victorious. America is a country based on equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds. Any type of policy that privileges one race at the expense of another is antithetical to American principles.
If this foundation is successful in its legal case, it could lay the foundation for bigger victories down the line against affirmative action and other anti-white discriminatory measures. This will ultimately result in a fairer and more just nation.
