Elon Musk has Big Tech on red alert after he dropped a huge hint about his future plans

Elon Musk is an outlier when it comes to massive tech success stories. While most of the big players, like Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Bill Gates spend their billions pushing left-wing schemes in order to appease the jackals in the mainstream media, Musk doesn’t care what they think.

In recent months, Musk has publicly attacked figures like Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, and in a very crass way, Oregon Senator Ron Wyden.

Additionally, the richest man in the world has latched onto meme movements, including promoting the cryptocurrency Doge Coin, and declaring his support for the online community WallStreetBets, which became well known last year when they pumped up the price of the GameStop stock in order to ruin short trades made by a couple massive hedge funds who were betting against the stock.

Now, Musk may be making his biggest move against the establishment yet.

In a series of Tweets, he has hinted at the idea of building his own social media platform like Twitter. But his platform would actually support free speech.

It is worth noting that there are already platforms that exist for this purpose, most notably Gab.com, which has allowed free speech on their platform since its inception in 2016, despite massive attempts from Big Tech, and even governments, to shut them down.

Musk hits the nail right on the head in his first Tweet in this series, pointing out that Twitter “serves as the de facto public square,” and that it not allowing free speech “fundamentally undermines democracy.”

One user responded to his Tweet, asking about him building his own platform to compete with the Big Tech giant. Musk responds back stating that he has serious interest in this.

Conservative commentator, and lawyer Mike Cernovich brought up another, perhaps better suggestion, that Musk could simply buy Twitter.

While Musk did not respond to this Tweet, he did respond to the reply Cernovich made to his own Tweet, making it clear that the billionaire almost certainly saw the suggestion to buy Twitter.

Buying Twitter would certainly infuriate the thought police trying to shut down all who disagree with them. It is uncertain if Twitter would even allow a figure like Musk to buy their platform to begin with.

Regardless, no matter what move Musk makes, it will be sure to make waves.
