7-Eleven Corporate Executives Recommend Los Angeles Locations Shut Their Doors Because of Widespread Robberies

Rising crime has become the new normal in the United States as major cities have been hit by a wave of criminal activity.

As a result of this, many otherwise normal activities such as shopping, for example, have been thoroughly upended.

Take the case of 7-Eleven’s operations in Los Angeles.

On July 12, 2022, 7-Eleven corporate executives recommended that all of the retail convenience chain’s stores in the Los Angeles area close for a second night. The executives’ recommendation was made to allow law enforcement to investigate a series of violent robberies.

Per a Los Angeles Times report, law enforcement in southern California are currently investigating if 6 robberies carried out on the night of July 10 and the morning of July 11 are connected. One customer and one clerk were murdered during the robberies that took place on “National 7/11 Day”, while three other individuals are reported to be in critical condition.

Shopping at a 7-Eleven and many other convenience stores may no longer be an everyday activity that people can confidently engage in without fearing for their lives. This holds especially true in major urban areas in America.

And this is no coincidence. It’s the culmination of soft-on-crime policies that have empowered criminals over the past few decades. As a result, many people’s normal routines have been completely shattered by the uptick in criminal activity.

Make no mistake about it, this is the product of dismal political leadership that has allowed for criminals to run wild. If people don’t wake up and start holding their politicians accountable, America’s once renowned cities will morph into inhospitable criminal cesspits.

What do you think?
