The Lincoln Project claims to be a conservative group.
But considering they have been cheerleading Biden for years, that clearly isn’t true.
Not only that, but one of their co-founders, John Weaver, was caught using his position to groom young men for sex.
So they aren’t the most reputable group of people.
Yet, the mainstream media can’t get enough of them, using their very existence to prove there is an anti-Trump resistance in the Republican Party.
Their latest despicable move relates to the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
In a deranged Tweet, the left-wing group seemingly accuses Ginni Thomas of being a member of a “cult.”
It all began with a Tweet from Steven Hassan, a self described “renowned expert” on cults. The Tweet claims Thomas spoke at an event in 1989 addressing former cult members, where she states she was in a cult.
If true, it should be a positive for the legendary Supreme Court Justice’s wife.
But Hassan attempts to paint this as a negative, claiming that those who “deprogrammed” Thomas were “involved in right-wing causes.”
“Sadly, the people who helped deprogram Ginni were also apparently involved in right-wing causes,” stated Hassan. “As is the case with SO many former members, she was overly susceptible and went from one cult to another (The Cult of Trump).”
Unsurprisingly, the Lincoln Project amplified this attack.
This is just another attack on Thomas following the release of text messages between her and then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows about the 2020 election.
Thomas questioned the 2020 election results in those text messages, which is her right as a private citizens.
But the left have latched onto those messages to attempt to have her husband, Justice Clarence Thomas, removed from the Supreme Court.
The Lincoln Project produced an entire video making that argument.
If there is one thing the left hates, it is a black man who disagrees with their agenda.
That is why they hate Clarence Thomas, and in turn, his wife.
He came from intense poverty, and worked his way up to the highest court in the country.
If he was liberal, he would be the left’s biggest hero.
But because he doesn’t believe in their agenda, he is seen as an enemy that must be destroyed.
